Randall Prior

The Rev. Randall Prior, D.Min.  is a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and an ordained Episcopal minister  with extensive parish  and  pastoral counseling experience. He serves on the adjunct faculty of the Virginia Theological Seminary, where he teaches pastoral care and counseling.

Dr. Prior specializes in relationship therapy with couples, individuals, and families.  His work includes dealing with issues of stress and anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, substance abuse and grief and loss.  He has significant experience in pre-marital and marital counseling and counseling for life transitions and vocational issues.

Randall graduated from the Institute for Pastoral Psychotherapy in 1983 and was awarded the Doctor of Ministry in Marriage and Family from Eastern Seminary, in Philadelphia , PA in 1990.  He did course work in family therapy at Virginia Tech. and is experienced in the use of the Prepare/Enrich Curriculum for couples.
