Employment Opportunity

We are seeking part-time and full-time experienced counselors to join our collegial community.  Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in counseling or its equivalent; practical experience in pastoral counseling and/or a spiritual approach to counseling; VA-licensed or license-eligible. 

Our counselors work with individuals, couples, families, children, and/or adolescents from many different faith traditions within the setting of a counseling community that sees this work as sacred.

Caseload is generated through a counselor's own network of contacts and through switchboard and internet referrals. 

Income is based on a percentage (70%) of fees gathered.
