Domestic Violence

It is very difficult to admit that a relationship has gotten to a point where emotional or physical violence is taking place, but unfortunately it is an all too common occurrence. It is very important if you are in a domestic violence situation, that you act to keep yourself safe. Each county and city in northern Virginia and in the District of Columbia has domestic violence hotlines and shelters. Please contact one of these agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger. In addition, the following CPC counselors work with people on issues of relationship abuse and domestic violence:
