Child Abuse

Issues of current and ongoing child abuse are urgent to deal with, and require the involvement of trained professionals to assess the well being of a child who has been victimized. Child abuse can cause a variety of reactions and psychological as well as physical reactions in children and adult survivors. If you suspect a case of child abuse is ongoing, it is crucial that you call your county’s child abuse hotline to report this situation and seek help.
